Our long time friends, Sandy and Wynn, helped us eat the pavlova. Isaac and Kevin helped too! I was glad to find out you really can store the meringue shell for a couple of days. I made it on Wednesday and we ate it Friday night. But once it is topped with the whipped cream and fruit, you just have to eat it! No problem there!

Pavlova Party
